1. Service Description

OlaVoices provides professional audio cleanup services for voice actors, including breath removal, de-clicking, mouth noise removal, and mastering to ACX/broadcast specifications. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders and Payment

  • You will receive a 15-second preview of the processed audio before payment is required
  • Payment is due before full files are released
  • Prices are in EUR and include all processing
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe

3. Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours from order submission. Rush orders (same day) are available at an additional charge. Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Refund Policy

  • If you are not satisfied with the processed audio, contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will offer one free revision or a full refund at our discretion
  • Refunds are not available after files have been downloaded
  • We cannot refund orders where the original audio quality is too poor to improve

5. Your Audio Files

  • You retain full ownership and copyright of all audio files you submit
  • You confirm you own the rights to any audio you submit
  • We will not use, share, or distribute your audio files for any purpose other than processing your order
  • Files are automatically deleted 30 days after order completion
  • Download links expire after 7 days — save your files promptly

6. Acceptable Use

You may not submit audio files that contain illegal content, violate third-party rights, or are intended for fraudulent purposes. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

7. Limitation of Liability

OlaVoices is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
