How accurate is this?

RMS and Peak are exact — measured from the decoded audio, the same samples a DAW reads. Noise floor is an estimate (the quietest room-tone sections of your file); include a couple of seconds of silence for the best reading. This is a pre-submission guide to catch problems early — ACX's own QA is always the final word.
