1 Tell me about your project
Send me your script or a short excerpt, along with a few details about your project. Whether it's a commercial, documentary, corporate video, e-learning course or something else, I'd love to understand what you're creating.
You don't need to know your budget or have everything figured out. A script excerpt and a sentence about what it's for is enough to get started.
2 Hear your script in my voice
If I'm a good fit for your project, I can record a complimentary 20–30 second audition using your actual script. You'll usually receive it within 24–48 hours.
This gives you the opportunity to hear how my voice works with your material before committing. A free audition is always optional — if my existing demos already fit what you need, we can go straight to quoting and recording.
3 Get a clear quote
Once we've established what you need, I'll provide a quote covering:
- Recording and production
- Intended usage and licensing
- Delivery timeframe
- Included revisions
No unexpected charges, no commitments until you're happy with the quote.
4 Recording and delivery
After approval and payment arrangements, I'll record your project in my professional home studio. Short-form projects can typically be delivered within 24–48 hours, depending on availability and requirements. For larger projects, we'll agree on a realistic delivery schedule beforehand. Rush delivery may be available on request.
If you're an established production company or casting director with a fixed script, budget, deadline and usage terms, feel free to skip ahead — send the details and I'll quote and record without the back-and-forth.
5 Revisions and final approval
One round of reasonable performance adjustments is included — things like pacing, emphasis or pronunciation. If I make a recording mistake or miss something that was in the approved script, I'll correct it at no additional cost.
Changes to the approved script or creative direction are a different matter, and may require an additional quote. I'll always tell you before doing any chargeable work.
Audio quality and delivery
Recordings are delivered as professional-quality WAV files, typically 48 kHz/24-bit. MP3 and alternative formats are available on request. Files can also be separated or labelled according to your production requirements.
Licensing and usage
Your quote will clearly specify where and how the recording can be used. Commercial broadcasting, paid advertising and extended usage are priced according to the project's requirements. You receive the specific usage rights you purchase; all rights not expressly granted remain with me.
Your recording will not be licensed for AI voice cloning, synthetic voice generation or AI model training without a separate written agreement. The full terms sit in your written agreement, not just on this page.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed before recording begins. Smaller projects generally require payment upfront, while larger productions can be arranged through agreed milestones — for example 50% to book the session and 50% before final delivery.
